Gerrards Cross, UK – July 23^rd 2012 – XTM International Ltd. is pleased to announce the latest release of their leading web-based CAT tool and translation management system, XTM.

Version 6.2.2 of XTM offers key performance improvements, with an extended customer Portal functionality, enhancements to XTM Engine and increased scope for integration with content management, and other, systems through the improved web services API’s. We are also pleased to announce an entirely new and complete integration with project management system XTRF, offering a comprehensive, end-to-end CAT tool and TMS for some of the world’s leading organisations.

With interaction between customers and service providers being a key function within XTM, further improvements have been made to the customer Portal. Customer project managers now access their assigned functionality through additional tabs in the Portal rather than having to log onto XTM separately. This maintains the option for registered customers to pay online.

Our latest release also sees several other Project Management enhancements all designed to improve and streamline the user experience.  There is a new link in emails going to linguists and PMs to open XTM Editor directly. Also project metrics are now attached to the email.
